CANCELLATIONS, PARTIAL, LATE AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

You will be charged at our discretion Up-to-50% cost of the treatment as booked.

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) We will consider each situation individually may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Partial, Late & Missed Appointments Policy

    If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), you will be charged at our discretion Up-to-50% cost of the treatment as booked.

PARTIAL AND LATE APPOINTMENTS SHALL BE DISCRETIONARY AND PERFORMED WITH TIME REMAINING AND SUBJECT CLINIC OR THERAPIST OTHER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. 24-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS.

Note: Cancelled and missed appointment fees can not to be direct billed. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. During business hours, walk-ins are welcome, however we recommend that you call ahead or booking online  in order to avoid possible waiting time.
2. We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment so you have enough time to settle in, update your Health History Form, and acclimate to the spa experience that awaits you. If you will be arriving late please call ahead to let us know. Please understand we will try our best to accommodate you but adjustments to the duration of your treatment may be required.

4. PARTIAL AND LATE APPOINTMENTS SHALL BE DISCRETIONARY AND PERFORMED WITH TIME REMAINING AND SUBJECT CLINIC OR THERAPIST OTHER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. 24-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS.

1. We require a valid credit card number prior to any package or treatment lasting 60 minutes or longer.
2. Same day bookings require at least 2 hour notice and may not be possible depending on the time and service requested. Every effort will be made to accommodate you with the next available appointment.
3. GROUP BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 48 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO AVOID A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE TO AVOID A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. IF NO ADVANCE NOTICE IS GIVEN AND YOU DON’T SHOW UP THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE CHARGED.
4. Even though we provide private rooms we are not responsible for any loss or damage so please don’t bring in valuables, jewellery or expensive electronics.
5. If you’re using a gift card please provide the gift number when booking and present the card when you check in. Cancellation policies and fees apply to gift card payments as well.
6. If you are pregnant, had surgery recently, have allergies, epilepsy, cancer, cardiac problems or any physical or mental ailments please consult your doctor and inform us when you book your appointment.
